We sponsor a variety of social, spiritual and service-related activities specifically focused for you and your peers, grades 7 through 12. Lock-ins, Maverick hockey games, book clubs, and Niobrara river tubing trips are just a few of the past activities (sounds fun, doesn't it?!) We feel strongly about helping our community and participate in a variety of service activities throughout the year.
Intergenerational Nights are planned throughout the school year, and these events bring together the youth of all ages along with teachers, parents and members of the parish for song, prayer, activity based learning and socializing. These nights allow us ALL to learn from each other.
And don't forget the St. John’s Annual Parish Potluck featuring our famous “Yummy Bobs”! (Named for Fr. Bob Smith our faithful priest for many years and an amazing cook.) All members of the Youth Group and the parish are invited and encouraged to bring a side dish to go with the sloppy joes. (And maybe an extra napkin, too...)
